Q. How do I set up a signature in @mail?
Login to your @mail account.
Depending on your version of @mail follow those directions:
If this is not what your version of @mail looks like, then go to Version 2 below. If it is, keep reading Version 1.
Version 1
- Go to preferences
- Go to account preferences
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page
- Here you will fill in all your appropriate information. However you have to be careful for a number of reasons. The first is that there is a character limit, and the second is that some symbols don’t translate properly so when you save it and it attaches your signature looks funny to the recipient.
- Put in your signature information.
- Click Save Settings on the bottom right.
- Send a message from your account another e-mail you have or an e-mail of a friend and make sure it looks exactly how you want it to look.
