Q. What do I do if I can't open attachments in the online mail server?

In order to open attachments when you are using the online mail server, you will need to click the attachment and save it to your Desktop. From there, find the file on your Desktop and open it. In this program, you CAN NOT click on the file online to open it, ir will not work you WILL receive an error message.
