10 Best Websites for December 2023

By Agent Image / Updated August 14, 2024 / Published December 18, 2023 / 13 min read

As the year draws to a close, it’s the perfect time to ask yourself: what should I stop, what should I start, and what should I continue? This is especially true for your real estate digital marketing strategy — especially as the market becomes increasingly competitive.

Luckily, there’s one thing you can start ASAP that will have a major impact on your results in 2024: revamp your website. Case in point: these 10 best real estate websites for the month!

The Beverly Hills Estates

The Beverly Hills Estates Beverly Hills, CA

This website is the epitome of immersive. From the moment you load the site, you’re captivated by a full-screen gallery of ultra-deluxe properties. Scroll further down and you’ll see featured communities overlaid onto an image of a palm-tree-lined street, almost as if you’re driving on it. Design-wise, we went for an art-deco-meets-old-glamor look, as you can see with the symmetric lines and gilded elements — a very fitting style for one of LA’s most storied neighborhoods.

What’s unique about this website This real estate website design is LA through and through — something we further emphasized by incorporating “California Dreamin’” by The Mamas & The Papas into the banner section.

Laura Levy

Laura Levy Lyons, CO

Why create a mere real estate website when you can create a go-to destination for all things Colorado? That’s the goal for Laura Levy’s website, which was designed to mimic the look of an online magazine, complete with a spread-like banner section, large pictures, stylish fonts, and generous white space. Of course, magazine doesn’t mean static; the banner features a captivating gallery of luxury homes, while the mid-fold has a video that spotlights the local lifestyle and the great outdoors.

What’s special about this website Laura delivers nothing short of white-glove service, something that’s reflected on her website. Click on the “Concierge” page and you’ll be presented with a virtual Rolodex of professionals — from attorneys to window cleaners — all in one place.

David Sidley

David Sidley Palm Springs, CA

Much like David Sidley, this real estate website exudes quiet elegance. After all, if you’re representing homes in one of the most coveted addresses in Southern California, the spotlight should be firmly on the properties. For this reason, we stripped away all extraneous design elements, creating a clean and contemporary look that’s reminiscent of a chic lifestyle portal. To top it all off, we incorporated a script-inspired logo that symbolizes David’s hands-on approach to luxury real estate.

What’s special about this website David’s website may be subtle and subdued, but the results he gets for clients are undeniable — as the “Notables Sales” section handily proves.

Johan Graham

Johan Graham Laguna Niguel, CA

Johan Graham is all about surpassing expectations. That’s why for her realty website, she wanted to emphasize that beyond real estate, her team also provides auction and probate services. The website’s design exudes professionalism and luxury, marrying dark tones with gilded glamor. We purposefully created a simple layout, giving the crisp photos and engaging videos the spotlight they deserve.

What’s unique about this website? We made sure to feature Bid Fast And Last, Johan’s other venture that specializes in asset transfer — even the trickiest ones.

View Website
Chase Rogers

Chase Rogers Bel Air, CA

Chase Rogers is one of LA’s most successful agents, a fact that he wanted to emphasize with his website. His banner section features his exploits as an A-list agent, using fast cuts to capture his dynamic approach to luxury real estate. In the same space are impressive stats, including his sales volume and lifetime sales record. The design is every bit as suave as Chase himself, featuring a classic black-and-white color palette with hints of gold. And to elegantly showcase his listings, we created an interactive map; click on any neighborhood and you’ll find an insider’s guide into the area.

What’s unique about this website? As a young and successful agent, Chase leverages the power of vertical videos to give people an overview of LA’s most prestigious neighborhoods.

Berry Carmona Team

Berry Carmona Team Miami, FL

This leading team wanted a real estate website design that had the focus and thoughtful layout of a high-end magazine. We delivered by crafting a design that’s big on visual appeal without going overboard on design elements. The result? A website that has a seamless flow that’s easy to navigate and a joy to explore — a nod to the many wonders that await buyers in Miami.

What’s unique about this website? Want to see if the Miami lifestyle is right for you? Good news: Berry Carmona Team has a dedicated section for vacation rentals.

Richardson Spinowitz

Richardson Spinowitz Park City, UT

The drama, the beauty, the grandeur of Park City — all of these are captured by Richardson Spinowitz’s website. Exquisitely minimalist, this site does away with superfluous design elements, allowing the featured listings and communities to take center stage. Our team also opted for a white and ice-blue color palette inspired by the iconic slopes of this skiing paradise. To make searching for a home a breeze, we added an IDX-powered search bar that’s integrated right into the banner section.

What’s unique about this website? Speaking of searching for a home, there’s also a dedicated portal for newly listed properties, ensuring that visitors get the latest scoop on Park City’s property market.

Vive Miami Real Estate

Vive Miami Real Estate Miami, FL

There was one goal for this website: to capture Miami’s vibrancy. For this project, we used neon pink as an accent color, a tasteful touch that adds energy without being too loud. At the same time, using black as the main color and playing with opacity creates a polished look that’s befitting of one of Florida’s most prestigious property markets. You’ll also find the city’s vibe channeled through the site, from the ocean-inspired hues to the palm-tree-laden background images.

What’s unique about this website Veering away from the blocky look other websites have, we rendered portals for buyers, sellers, financing, and home valuation as overlapping circles.

View Website
Flamingo Beach Realty

Flamingo Beach Realty Cabo Velas, Costa Rica

Golden sunsets and crystal waters — that’s what awaits buyers in Costa Rica’s Pacific coast. Knowing this, we created a website that embodies the low-key luxury of the place, which you can see in the generous white space, gold design elements, and uncomplicated layout. To lend credence to its title as the most trusted name in Costa Rica luxury real estate, we also added a section highlighting the team’s impressive sales record.

What’s unique about this website? Hovering your mouse over one of the featured communities brings up the team’s iconic flamingo logo.

The Hamilton Brothers Team

The Hamilton Brothers Team Durango, CO

Rural charm meets refined design — that’s The Hamilton Brothers Team’s website in a nutshell. The full-sized banner section doesn’t just show off Colorado’s jaw-dropping vistas, but also the deluxe cabin homes the team represents. There’s also a section called “Trophy Room” where notable sales are given the spotlight they deserve.

What’s unique about this website? Photos alone can’t capture the grandeur of Colorado’s sweeping landscapes and epic views. Knowing this, The Hamilton Brothers decided to use drone shots to more effectively convey Dolores, CO’s pristine beauty.
