Modernizing a Decades-Long Reputation

Joyce’s track record speaks volumes. As a longtime leader in the Beverly Hills and Los Angeles luxury market, she’s represented some of the world’s most iconic estates and amassed a career worthy of international recognition.

But prestige alone doesn’t guarantee visibility online, and Joyce’s team knew this. To maintain her position at the top, Joyce needed a digital presence that not only reflected her authority but also employed a strategy to expand her reach even further. The goal wasn’t just to build something beautiful, but also to create one of the best luxury real estate websites in the business. That’s where Agent Image came in.

Joyce Rey needed a luxury real estate website that represented the caliber of her service.

A Custom Website Solution Befitting the Best

We knew that Joyce Rey and her team deserved nothing less than a website that looked elegant. We knew that it had to perform well, too. Our approach had two core goals:

  • Create a luxury real estate website tailored to Joyce’s voice and audience

  • Develop an SEO strategy that brings high-value traffic straight to her brand

Key features of Joyce’s custom website include:

  • Mobile-responsive design
The site adapts seamlessly across all devices, ensuring an elegant, intuitive experience whether viewed on a phone, tablet, desktop or laptop.

  • Custom pages
We developed bespoke pages highlighting Joyce’s landmark transactions, media features, and Beverly Hills market insights, among others.

  • IDX integration with a luxury lens
Listings are presented with large-scale photography and precise copy to match the standards of ultra-high-net-worth buyers.

  • Copy that reflects the brand
Every word was chosen to reflect Joyce’s stature: poised, informed, and confident. The tone walks a careful line between warmth and authority, echoing her voice while supporting the brand’s premium positioning.

  • Built-in lead capture
The site includes simple prompts and contact forms that make it easy for interested clients to reach out, without interrupting the browsing experience.

  • SEO-focused structure
We organized the site so search engines like Google can easily understand and recommend it.

Local SEO with Impact

For a name as closely tied to Beverly Hills as Joyce Rey, visibility in the right markets was non-negotiable. We focused on the Platinum Triangle—Beverly Hills, Holmby Hills, and Bel Air—targeting high-intent search terms that luxury buyers and sellers actually use. Think Beverly Hills luxury homes, Beverly Hills luxury realtor, top real estate agent in Bel Air, Holmby Hills mansions for sale, etc.

We also drew from Joyce’s decades-long track record to shape content around the listings and communities she’s been part of. Properties tied to prominent past clients, landmark sales, and culturally significant estates were naturally woven into the content.

To boost Joyce Rey’s visibility online, we made sure to target hyper-local keywords.

Stronger Online Authority

A trusted name offline deserves credibility online. That meant increasing Joyce’s domain authority with strategic backlinks from respected publications, real estate platforms, and industry blogs. These weren’t just any links, but selected sources that aligned with her brand and audience.

As her content library grew, we also built in internal linking pathways and structured metadata to help search engines understand the site’s architecture. Over time, this created a ripple effect: higher rankings, more organic traffic, and stronger signals of trust in Google’s eyes.

Real-time Performance Tracking

Additionally, we built in real-time tracking from the start to better understand how visitors engage with the content over time.

We’ve seen which pages consistently hold attention and which ones benefit from small, strategic changes. Sometimes that means updating headlines or visual hierarchy; other times it’s about refining the copy or adjusting for new search trends. Instead of broad overhauls, the site is shaped by a steady cadence of decisions rooted in what the data reveals—so the experience stays relevant, accurate, and ahead of the curve.

Make your site show up on the right searches.

Structure, content, and SEO—get all three working together.

Website & SEO Growth

Right from launch in August 2022, Joyce Rey’s new website showed clear signs of traction. More than just a pretty design, the site immediately began pulling in traffic and keeping people engaged:

  • 10,359 page views in 1 month alone, which marks a 38.7% increase from the previous month.

  • 90% increase in users → Nearly double the number of unique visitors who came to the site compared to the previous month.

  • 73% more sessions

  • 16% decrease in bounce rate → Fewer visitors were leaving after viewing just one page, a sign that the content and navigation kept them interested.

That early momentum laid the foundation for continued growth. Between April 2024 and May 2025, impressions—the number of times Joyce’s website appeared in Google search results—increased by 13%, from 27,500 to 31,100. More impressions means more visibility in search, which helps attract clients who are actively looking for real estate in Joyce’s market.

The most-viewed pages outside the homepage tell a clear story about what matters to her audience: a strong personal brand and valuable local content that speaks directly to the luxury buyer (or seller).

  • The About Joyce page

  • Her Beverly Hills community guide

  • Her Bel Air community guide

  • A blog post about the Golden Triangle, one of LA’s most prestigious locales

Meanwhile, Joyce’s domain rating—a score that reflects how authoritative and trustworthy her site appears to search engines—rose significantly:

  • From 29 in March 2023 to 51 in May 2025

  • Currently ranks #3 among top competitors in her market

Higher domain authority makes it more likely that Joyce’s pages will rank above other agents when potential clients search online.
