By Agent Image / Updated July 14, 2016 / Published February 13, 2014 / 3 min read

There are a lot of good websites that have fallen down the pit that Google has recently dug with the numerous changes in their algorithm. Some sites have not only lost their ranking on search engines, but they have also been flagged as following older methods, which digs a deeper hole for them. Thakfully there are several methods that Google has established for websites that will help them grow in rank no matter the circumstance. The prime method is via Google Authorship.

Authorship is basically what happens when an article is attributed properly to your name or account. Google loves this and actually pushes their users to go for authorship thanks to their own social media platform, Google Plus. When a certain keyword is used in search engines, specifically Google in this case, your Google Plus profile gets favorable attachment to those keywords if you add authorship code to your blog articles.

The wonder of this is that you can actually build up your own website with the help of Google Authorship. It’s a big help for real estate marketers who are consciously trying to build their own brand, or for the real estate agent who needs to stand out amongst a large company of multiple agents.

You should try to use the Google Authorship program if you really want to boost up the content that you are posting online. It’s a great way to give people a face behind those wonderful posts and it show a human side to the hundreds of words in your article.
