A Better Understanding of SEO Content Writing

By Agent Image / Updated July 15, 2016 / Published February 27, 2014 / 4 min read

Content writing is an important and crucial part of internet marketing regardless of industry. Real estate marketing will always call for the aid of high quality content, especially on estate website. This is because content writing is what draws visitors in and makes people actually want to stay longer on a website. In essence, it’s the lifeblood of any successful marketing strategy or campaign.

SEO Content Writing might look easy, but there are a few important components to remember. So how does content writing work and how will it net you more traffic?

  • Every word put into a post or article is valuable, so create a draft outline and focus on getting your main points across.
  • Figure out your most important keywords that focus on the main topic of your article and make sure these words are mentioned throughout your content writing. The content in your web pages and blog posts should use these specific keywords which should complement and match your landing page content. Also follow a certain amount of density in the number of times your keyword will appear on the article without over doing it (which is called keyword stuffing).
  • The word count per article is a delicate matter too. Blog articles should contain a good amount of words that will let readers stay on a specific page for an amount of time.

There’s a definite science to everything that you see in an article that will be used for real estate marketing or for posting on a website or a blog.

Once your content has beenedited, reviewed and published online it is crucial that your content be shared through various means, including social networks like Facebook and Twitter. This crucial step of “spreading the word” will help attract visitors to your real estate website. If you’ve posted quality content, you can bet on having those visitors stay a while longer and even sharing your content. Poorly written content might throw website visitors off or worse turn people away for good.

Now that you know how SEO and content writing works, start jotting some article ideas down and then start some content writing drafts to get your writer’s ball rolling.
