By Agent Image / Updated July 14, 2016 / Published September 17, 2013 / 3 min read

Your website's content can be the key to being the best real estate marketing expert in your location or area. It might not look like much but you can actually read a lot of cases online regarding how major brands and big websites started out small and had to rely on their content to grow tremendously. We can all give an example or two of websites that are now operating as full business entities which traced their origins from a simple blog. Thinking about personable content strategy every time you add something new on your company's official website.

Here are some great examples that you may want to consider the next time you sit down and start typing your blog or website's content.

The Interesting and Funny

Websites like Buzzfeed or Reddit, and even social media sites like, Tumblr and Pinterest garner huge daily traffic everyday thanks to the interesting, humorous and compelling material being generated. In the case of Tumblr and Pinterest, people flock to these sites to actually share and gather funny posts from other people. Jump into the action and do the same and you'll definitely see an increase in the incoming traffic that your website will be amassing. Just don't forget to either link your posts with a property link, blog article or make it significant to your niche.

The Review

Putting a review on your website for a property you are selling is a good way of not only driving in traffic towards your website, but also marketing the properties you have. As a real estate marketer this should be the most important style of content that you publish, and make sure it's written to really appeal to target market.

The List

Cracked.com is a good example of a website that grew with list-type contents. There's a lot of other reasons why you should go for listed type content by default. It's easier to read and look at. As the writer you are also inclined to shorten the articles to make room for other content to be written in. A listed approach is also relaxing to the eyes, not just for you but also for your readers. It also exudes order aesthetically.
