"I had the pleasure of working with one of your techs and I just want to let someone know how very very happy I am with the service he provided me. He was always very responsive, and very timely. He answered thousands of my emails and phone calls, and then even gave me additional info to help with my website. I know you guys have numerous people that you help, but working with him, I felt like I was on the top of his list.

I want to send him some type of thank you for all of his hard work. I asked him if he liked candy or coffee, but of course he thanked me and said I did not have to give him anything.
